Gloria Castro is responsible for strategic oversight of GaMBiT4’s business operations. With over 38 years of experience, including senior leadership, government and commercial contract management, information technology (IT), science, geographic information systems (GIS), and national park pass product sales expertise, Gloria is focused on delivering high performing solutions in the Government and commercial marketplace. While previously serving as a Government Contracting Officer (CO), she single-handedly implemented M -0M Department-level IT contracts that led to improving government efficiency while enhancing customer services. Gloria is committed to improving the growth of small businesses through competitive product and service offerings via government, and commercial contracts.
CO-Founder and Director of Marketing
Dru Burks has over 40 years of experience as an executive leader with management and oversight responsibilities in directing information technology (IT) programs, performing organizational assessments, executive coaching, and subordinate mentoring. He is also a dynamic public speaker with dedicated client service. Under the purview of a Federal Government Chief Information Officer, Dru managed IT Government resources in excess of 5M through promoting and selling IT, geographic information systems (GIS) and science products and services, including Government marketing and advertising.
CO-Founder and Director of Operations
Roderick Archer is tasked with information technology (IT) strategy, corporate systems management, engineering solutions support, as well as partner and vendor relations. Roderick has worked in the Government contracting marketplace for over 38 years, specifically in the radio frequency spectrum management, telecommunications, and IT sectors. Before this collaborative business venture, Roderick served as Program Manager at Four Points Technology. Previously, he served with Booz Allen Hamilton as IT Project Manager of a M support services contract and a 0K subcontract for supplemental IT support services under authority of the Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration (DOE/NNSA). Roderick is a member of the Project Management Institute and he holds an advanced degree in information technology.
Chief Financial Officer
Douglas Low possesses over 37 years of Federal Government Senior Budget Analyst level expertise in the business, accounting, and financial functions sectors. Douglas is considered an expert in budget formulations and execution, determining general and administrative, indirect, and direct labor rates, client auditing and wage. Douglas has also served as a Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR) for Government contracts. Douglas is devoted to helping small businesses with generating competitive, legal, justifiable, and auditable rates and proposals for federal, state, local government and commercial contracts.
Director of Product Sales
Diana has over 20 years of Federal Information Technology (IT) experience in support of and providing solutions and products for the IT needs of Federal agencies. Diana’s expertise and knowledge include software and hardware, application system design and development, cyber security management, network infrastructure design, team management, and systems administration.
Director of Business Development
Hanh Kent is a highly accomplished and dedicated professional with interpersonal skills leading to a strong commitment and passion for building relationships, and increasing government contracting opportunities for small, minority-, women-, and veteran-owned businesses. Before joining GaMBiT4, Ms. Kent managed an award-winning Small Business Program for Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL). She has received many prestigious awards for her dedication, passion, and overall contribution to the success of the Small Business community, most recently earning the "2014 Supplier Diversity Champion Award" from the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) in recognition of her efforts to advocate for the diverse business community. Ms. Kent received her Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis and a Master of Business Administration from Webster University, St. Louis, Missouri. Prior to working for LBNL, she worked for the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and the Sandia National Laboratory, each of which are prime contractors to the U.S. Department of Energy.
